Custom enclosure for a 4-axis DRO board attached to a 1.5mm thick aluminum plate is required. A 5-axis model's image will be utilized for this design. Orient the components optimally before printing - the main case part needs to be printed upside down. Print one copy of each file. Print all components On large buttons, eliminate thin webbing so each button can move individually. This webbing is provided to facilitate printing and sticking to the bed. Place the correct buttons into their designated holes in the correct orientation. Securely bond or glue the block on the large buttons to the case. Install the PCB onto the metal frame then attach it to the case. Insert screws through the PCB into the metal plate, securing them with M3 plastic threads or by tapping an M3 thread and using bolts.
