Custom Bear Extruder - Standalone BMG - PINDA2/BLTouch

<p>This is a remixed version of the Bear Extruder 0.7.0-beta (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3716110">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3716110</a>) with the intent to allow the use of a standalone BMG extruder within the frame of the original extruder body.</p> <p>Compatible with x-carriage and nozzle fan duct from the Bear Extruder 0.7.0-beta linked above.</p> <p>BLTouch mount based on vertigo235's mount (<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/6606-bear-extruder-bltouch-mount">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/6606-bear-extruder-bltouch-mount</a>).</p> <p>Both versions (PINDA2 and BLTouch) were printed and tested.</p> <p>Source files included for possible remixes/adjustments.</p> <p>For assembly:</p> <ul> <li>Screws used to fixate the BMG and stepper motor bodies: 3x M3x40mm;</li> <li>X/Y probe offsets and PTFE tube length provided in the pictures;</li> <li>Heat-set inserts on the top part of the extruder body: 2x M3x5.7mm (<a href="https://www.amazon.de/Gewindeeinsatz-Gewindebuchsen-Einpressmutter-Kunststoffteile-Ultraschall/dp/B07YSRGZ9N">https://www.amazon.de/Gewindeeinsatz-Gewindebuchsen-Einpressmutter-Kunststoffteile-Ultraschall/dp/B07YSRGZ9N</a>);</li> <li>Screws for heat-set inserts: 2x M3x16mm (using washers) or 2x M3x14mm;</li> <li>Remaining screws/nuts, where it applies, as per Bear Extruder Assembly Guide: <a href="https://guides.bear-lab.com/Guide/3.+Extruder/36?lang=en">https://guides.bear-lab.com/Guide/3.+Extruder/36?lang=en</a></li> </ul> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print settings as per Bear Extruder original project: <a href="https://github.com/gregsaun/bear_extruder_and_x_axis/blob/master/manual/print_settings.md">https://github.com/gregsaun/bear_extruder_and_x_axis/blob/master/manual/print_settings.md</a></p>
