This is a simplified remix of the Nintendo Cereal Amibo base, crafted with ease of use in mind. The original design, while functional, proved too complex for such a straightforward item. This revised version has been streamlined into two printable parts, eliminating the need for supports altogether. The base pieces align seamlessly via cone-shaped locators, although some minor sanding may be necessary to ensure a snug fit. For those without NFC capabilities, a solid base is included as a simple alternative. A practical feature of this design is the dish in the top, which serves as a reservoir for extra glue or epoxy during assembly, minimizing the risk of excessive oozing from the sides. All models are measured in inches. To cater to diverse needs, V2 versions have been included. These refined designs boast an improved locating system and feature a hole in the top, allowing users to incorporate dowel pins if desired for added versatility or stability.
