Custom airbox for four body valve from Suzuki GSX-S1000. The project includes a version without vacuum connections and with vacuum connections, which can also be combined, whether they should be at the top, at the bottom or in both parts. Of course, there are files in full size and also files for printing on the bed with a maximum size of 220x220mm. At the same time, the box contains a simple regulation of the intake length, which works on the principle of changing the trumpet. Trumpets have a simple bayonet system to lock the position. The main air hose has a diameter of 70mm the upper vacuum is 20mm the bottom vacuum is 15mm You can change the length of the trumpet using CAD software, but two basic lengths are included: 64mm and 26mm. You can make a sealing between the top and bottom by drawing a sketch on a piece of rubber, or you can use extrusion silicone like I do. STL and STEP files are included.
