Custom 12V Heater for UM2 Clone

I've finally reached my ultimate goal! This is my custom-built heater, tailored specifically for my 12-volt powered Ultimaker 2 clone. It's a precise replica of the original Ultimaker 2 heater design, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. I cut out the components using a laser cutter and a sturdy 2mm thick PA6 aluminum plate. The M3 screw sockets were carefully drilled into place using a trusty 6mm drill bit. At its core, this custom heater boasts a powerful 200mm x 200mm @12V silicone heating element, seamlessly integrated into the bottom of the plate. To top it off, a sleek 4mm glass surface is securely fastened in place, held by identical glass clips used on the original Ultimaker 2.
