I needed to connect my Oculus Rift cables directly to my PC to avoid moving the computer every time I wanted to hook them up on the back side; after buying one meter of HDMI and USB 3.0 cable (male to female). I built a simple case with an exact cover on top with the same measurements as the two cables' terminals (HDMI and USB 3.0), then I simply stuck it to the PC base using hot glue.
