I designed a spinner using Fusion 360 while learning to model. Four 608 bearings friction-fit into place, requiring a mallet to fully seat them. The caps also feature friction-fit designs that eliminate the need for glue. I have successfully printed this design in PLA, ABS, and nylon with great results. Note that the design includes some bridge areas, but it can usually print without supports. Some slicers handle the bridges better than others - Simplify3D and Slic3r cross them using short moves and don't need support, while Cura may require additional support.
