I'm modifying the curved wine holder with a hexagon infill pattern, optimized for maximum efficiency on a self-built delta printer. The wall thickness is precisely 0.8mm, ideal for printing two layers at once using a 0.4mm nozzle. Printer Settings: Printer: My own custom-made delta printer Rafts: Not used in this print job Supports: Essential for this design to prevent warping Resolution: Set to 0.3mm for ultra-high detail Infill: Printed with a solid 100% infill for maximum strength Notes: To ensure the shells fused flawlessly, I increased my extrusion rate by 10%, putting it at 110%. This test also pushes the printer's retraction system to its limits, retracting every two seconds throughout the entire print process.
