This clamp is specifically designed to meet the needs of users who operate wheelchairs like the Quickie Ti, which are constructed from high-quality 1" tubing. To attach the clamp to tubing with a minimum bend radius of 3", simply assemble the two parts together and position an eyebolt or other threaded fastener at the precise location required. By installing this clamp in the desired spot, it's significantly easier to transport various items like bags or utilize it as a tool holder. For individuals who prefer a convenient carrying system, this can be a lifesaver. This model features the following hardware components: • 3/8" - 4" eyebolt for added durability and stability • 3/8" hex nut for secure attachment and easy removal • (5) 1/4"-20 - 2" bolts to ensure a sturdy assembly and optimal performance • (5) 1/4"-20 hex nuts or hex stop nuts for additional grip and protection • (5) 1/4"-20 flat washers to provide extra support and reduce wear on the clamped surface To further enhance durability and minimize scuffing, foam rubber shelf liner is wrapped around the tube of this clamp. Two design options are available - one featuring two eyebolt sockets, while the other boasts three sockets. The three-socket variant has not been fully implemented as yet, given that the two-socket version sufficiently met our needs. Caution: Use this clamp for light duty loads only, as it's not suitable for heavy-duty or extreme applications like a wheelchair tie-down in a vehicle.
