Curved Triangle
thingiverse
This intriguing wannabe puzzle offers endless possibilities for creating hexagonal and triangular patterns. By scaling it to 50% or 200%, the pieces fit together seamlessly, making it an ideal choice as a real-life wallpaper. However, printing this design poses some challenges. Problems arise when: * Printing at varying speeds results in uneven layers * Printing in vase mode can cause the top layer to melt under the hotend's heat * Printing multiple objects leads to stringing and difficulties with the top part due to repetitive retraction * Sharp angles lead to ghosting To overcome these issues, I've developed a recipe: * Maintain a consistent speed throughout printing, between 20-30 mm/s * Use one perimeter and two bottom layers for optimal results * Limit each batch to six triangles * Avoid infill altogether * Keep the fan on during printing * Align seams at the rear Sorry in advance for any wasted filament!
