Curved Pin/Slot mate

First and foremost you will have to go up to Tools>Spline tools (halfway down) depending how your machine is set up you will have the "Fit Spline" option or you won't. If you do not; click customize menu and check the "Fit Spline" box. Once you do that you will need to go edit the sketch for your slot, ctrl select all of the lines that make up the slot then go back to Tools>Spline tools and hit fit spline. Once you exit your sketch and rebuild you will see your slot is one face. Go to your assembly and center your pin in the slot. (Get it close or use a mate for position only) Then select the tangent mate and select your slot and the cylindrical face of your pin. Any questions, ask!
