Curved Lithophane Case with 9V Battery Compartment
thingiverse
After I printed the Curved Lithophane Case from FadedDreamz, I thought to make it cableless with a 9V battery compartment. (I use a 12V LED Strip from Hobbyking and a 9V battery works fine.) So I took two designs to Tinkercad and this came out. PS: Just drill a hole anywhere you wish for a switch. Here are the "dimensions" from the original Case from FadedDreamz. Lithophane size in slicer: X: 70.42 Y: 16.70 Z: 99.75 Print settings: Nozzle: 0.40 Layer Height: 0.20 Supports: Yes (For the arches) Infill: 20% Walls: 3 !! V2 - After testing I found out that the battery compartment was a little "prone to breaking" when printing in PLA therefore I made V2 using the Modified 9v Holder by outpostbabu and included it into the case since you can change the battery by opening the picture front. !! Update... V2 works great!
