Curved Dining Chair cnc-style wedged mortise joints

I'm publishing a project that's not entirely polished, but this dining chair is Version 6 of an ongoing design process. I had the chance to create a life-size prototype at Koch-Mannes Maschinenhandel in Schweinfurt using their Holzfraese machine. The impressive results came from cutting 18 mm plywood with a 4 mm single flute end mill at an astonishing speed of 4500 mm/min, with only two cuts (9 mm depth per cut). This isn't exactly suitable for the average hobby maker, but it's amazing to see what this machine can do. The wedged mortise joints work similarly to those in my Doll High Chair, but they're flush with the surface once hammered in. I added a 6 mm roundover using my handheld router and sanded all parts before assembly.
