I'm redesigning a curved brick with an exact slant of 30 degrees flat. By creating 12 of these units, I am forming a ring that precisely measures 12 inches (305mm) on its outside diameter and a smooth inside circle measuring 9.5 inches (240mm). My objective in building this design was to use it as a mold for a modular foundry, yet you are free to repurpose it however fits your current project. Note that perfect circle formation requires exactly 12 units but minor adjustments to the angle of each unit may enable formations with different quantities.
