Curvature Test for QQ-S Pro Delta Printer

thingiverse

This is a curvature test for the Flsun QQ-S Pro Delta printer. What is Curvature? Deltaprinters don't work with a normal positioning system like cartesian printers (Ender 3 etc.). More or less they find their printing positions through tetraeders because of their nature with three arms. This leads to an issue that in the leveling mesh there are slight differences betwenn inside and outside coordinates. To prevent that, you can adjust the curvature of the newer Flsun delta printers. The menu to this is hidden in tools/more. There you can see two pictograms with plus and minus. Minus => adjusting the hight in the middle, the line gets higher in the middle of the bed Plus => adjusting the hight on the outside of the bed, the line gets higher on the outside. So just print this model with your normal first layer speed and see the differences between inside and outside of the bed and adjust it accordingly. I would recommend a filament with grey/white or vibrant colors, so you can better see the effect.
