A meticulously detailed 3D model, tailored for architectural visualizations, is created using 3ds Max 2014. This model features a native Max file setup, equipped with the advanced V-Ray renderer and materials. The preview rendering utilizes V-Ray as well; however, the lighting scene is not included. The model is optimized exclusively for use with V-Ray and has been realized in both 3ds Max 2014 and 2011 versions. Additionally, it comes with all necessary texture maps and is exported in .OBJ format alongside the 3ds Max files with V-Ray materials.
