This is a joiner for an affordable aluminum curtain rod from Sunlin, sold by Tedox and other companies. The rod's upper and lower inner diameters measure 13.7mm and 11.4mm respectively. A 4mm gap separates the two rods, ensuring it won't break under normal use but can still be concealed by a standard rod holder.
