I designed this curtain rod because basically I couldn't find any that would work for the blackout curtains on amazon, most of them leave too much space so the light enters and they wake me up very early. For the same reason I made this design with a minimum separation so that the double curtain itself together with the supports serve to keep the curtain attached to the wall correctly. I printed the curtain tensioners without supports, but if you don't have a well-calibrated printer, I recommend putting a border for adhesion. The material is PLA in the turnbuckles and PETG in the curtain rods but I made some in PLA and the design resists perfectly with 5 layers, if they use 10 gyroid padding it's enough, you don't need supports. I hope this design helps you sleep better. note: use a small hammer and thin 1-1.5mm nails, but using a screwdriver to drive the nails in will be just as easy. my tube is 30mm in diameter, if you use a larger one just scale the piece
