Curtain Rod Holder
thingiverse
I created this thing using Tinkercad. You can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2scYrg3rshP. I printed out two of these curtain rod holders, then gave them a gold finish with PlastiKote spray paint. Captive barrel M6 nuts were added to the base, making it easy to screw them onto wall screws. As you can see from this example, I'm not exactly a designer! However, this project did save me some money because our dog destroyed and chewed up the original wooden curtain rod holders. The saying "make-do-and-mend" comes to mind - I made something new to replace what was broken.
