Each hanger costs approximately $0.75 to make, while end pieces are estimated around the same price range. A quart of paint for matching the plastic (which looks more like brown) costs about $13. Consequently, each curtain setup will cost roughly $10, considerably lower than the minimum of $20 in stores and potentially cheaper if fancy end pieces are avoided. The 3D model has been checked on netfabb.com; however, ensure that the upper area is not slightly diagonal when printing. To avoid splitting, tighten screws cautiously. So far, insulated curtains have functioned well without any issues.
