This set of brackets is designed for a 1/2" diameter PVC tube, used as a wall-mounted support rod. The zip file offers two end brackets and a center support, along with decorative plugs to cover the screw holes. No assembly is needed; simply print and attach. However, you must provide your own 1/2" PVC pipe or similar rod. Shorter rod lengths don't require the central hanger piece. Also, three bracket plugs and two hanger plugs are included if you want to discreetly hide the screws.
