Curtain Rail Slider and Clip

Curtain Rail Slider and Clip

I have an intriguing double rail curtain rod with rolling sliders in my living room that I couldn't find hardware for, so I decided to make my own custom parts. Each roller will require one M4 nut and bolt (16mm). The body of the roller has a channel where you can slot the nut into place, and the M4 bolt holds the clip securely onto the roller. I modified [Sparr's](https://www.thingiverse.com/sparr) [Curtain Clip](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14946) to create the piece that hangs down and holds the curtain in place. To print these rollers successfully, you'll want to use supports on the roller itself and consider using a brim if you encounter bed adhesion issues due to the low amount of model touching the bed. I found that linear supports worked better than tree supports for this model, making it easier to remove the parts from the printer.
