Curtain Rail Hook (Aluminium, 45 degree turn lock type UK?)
thingiverse
I'm printing loads of Curtain Hooks/Clips because the aluminum rail ones crack easily after being exposed to sunlight over time. I'm specifically talking about the clips themselves, not the aluminum rails. This design is inspired by old-school 70's and 80's style clips where you insert the clip horizontally into the rail and then rotate it vertically to secure it in place. You can then attach the curtain clip, which comes connected to the curtain (you can buy bags of them for pennies), to the hook. It's a straightforward process! I couldn't find these clips in local UK stores, and even if I had waited, B&Q or Home Depot might not have had them when they finally opened. That's why I invested in a 3D printer - it's convenient, and I need these clips now, so I didn't feel like going to the hardware store.
