Curtain Hanger
pinshape
I designed a replacement curtain hanger specifically for my grandmother's slotted slide style curtain rods. To print it, I chose PLA material, but in hindsight, using Nylon or PET would have provided more durability. The optimal printing settings included a nozzle temperature of 190C and a layer height of 0.4mm to maximize the part's strength. Three perimeter walls and solid top and bottom layers were also essential for its stability. A moderate infill percentage of 40% was sufficient, given that most of this compact model consists of solid parts, making it sturdy enough on its own; however, automatic supports ensured a smooth printing process.
