Curtain Drawstring Pulley bracket

I designed something from scratch, it wasn't flawless but the printed outcome exceeded expectations. Our curtain's draw string pulley bracket snapped and I couldn't find a spare. I inspected where the original bracket shattered and tried to improve its design. I duplicated most of the dimensions but added rounded edges to reinforce and fortify vulnerable areas. Additionally, I incorporated an extra support section where the original bracket cracked and failed. It turned out that ABS was not fond of this new part, cracking in several spots as it cooled down. PETG, on the other hand, performed flawlessly every single time.
