I was fed up with constantly searching for solutions to keep my curtains from sagging. So I logged onto the internet and created this using Onshape. It's designed with massive tolerances in the hinge so it can work with 500um of wobble, which is a challenge I'm currently facing. I hope this helps you manage your curtain issues. My settings were as follows: 100um layering Rafting - 2 layers Support - None Also, if your latch isn't shutting properly, try aligning the hinge and latch lengthwise with the curtain. This will help hold the latch in place.
