This is my 2017 Costume Contest entry. It's a Cursed Skull Mask. Whoever takes this mask from the build plate is forever cursed...CURSED!...CURSED!!!! This mask fits an adult male. Check out the PDF file for dimensions. Units are in millimeters...CURSED! https://youtu.be/qjwlgpoIlbY Finished Model Details: 1) The Cursed Skull Mask was printed in PLA at 0.2mm and 15% infill. 2) It took 19 hours to print the entire mask. 3) Primer filler was used for priming. 4) An electric sander (180 grit) was used for sanding in. 5) Primer filler was applied again for extra priming. 6) Hand sanding (220 grit) took place next. 7) Regular primer was applied once more. 8) Black glossy paint was sprayed on the mask. 9) A glossy finish was coated over it. 10) White oil paint was painted all over and wiped off with a paper towel. 11) Rub n Buff gold Leaf was used to highlight the raised areas. 12) Glossy finish was applied again.
