Current Nozzle Indicator

Current Nozzle Indicator

I've started experimenting with different nozzle sizes and didn't want to accidentally run a gcode through the printer for the wrong nozzle, so I made up this simple indicator to quickly see which nozzle is currently installed. The arrow stays in place and the outer labels rotate. I made this in FreeCAD and it really didn't like trying to create a 0, and I knew printing a decimal would be difficult, so I left it as: 2 for 0.2mm 3 for 0.3mm 4 for 0.4mm 5 for 0.5mm 6 for 0.6mm 8 for 0.8mm 1 for 1.0mm I added the bar between 1 and 2 to indicate the start/end position for the label Assembly instructions: The Backplate has the Labels placed over it, then the Arrow. I superglued my arrow in to keep it all together. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 Infill: 20 Filament: Hatchbox and SUNLU PLA Black and White, respectively Notes: I did a filament change midway to get the color change for the Labels.stl Category: 3D Printer Accessories
