I'm really into the Curiosity wheel design that incorporates hidden Morse code, courtesy of JPL. This is an ongoing project to build a LEGO version of the Curiosity Robot. I plan on uploading a revised version with precise holes for slicing at 0.1mm resolution. For now, it's almost perfect at 0.2mm resolution with a 2mm brim setting. As of March 2015, I've finalized an IGES file version.
