Curiosity is an autonomous vehicle designed for learning its environment, navigating safely, and performing visual recognition tasks. Two servo motors enable the vehicle to move forward, backward, and make turns. An ultrasound module with two servomotors allows the vehicle to measure distances and detect obstacles or stairs in front of it. A camera takes pictures, identifies if a cat is present, records time and location, and tracks the cat's habits over a year. A micro-SD card stores parameters, images, knowledge of visited environments, and the cat's habits. The inertial unit and GPS ensure accurate positioning and correct any tracking errors. The remote control for manual mode will be released later, along with the source code. Tires are printed with 30% TPU, while all other parts are made from ABS plastic. Required non-printed materials include: - 4x bearings (8x12x3.5) - 6xAA rechargeable batteries - MPU6050 inertial unit - NEO-6M GPS module - HC-SR04 ultrasound module - MicroSD reader - MicroSD card - OV7670 camera - 2x Arduino Uno microcontrollers - 2x NRF24L01 wireless communication modules - 2x Servo FS90R continuous rotation servos - 2x Servo SG90 positioning servos - Several M2.5x8mm screws - Several M2.5 nuts - 2x M2x10mm screws - 2x M2 nuts - Many jumper cables (10cm long) Note: Red parts in the images are either included with the servo or a screw/nut, while blue parts are electronic components or hardware purchased separately.
