Cura Plugin to display percent-complete while printing

I created this plugin to enhance the gcode that Cura produces. It post-processes the gcode, adding "M73" statements that instruct the printer to show the percent-complete as it prints. The percentage-complete is calculated by examining the total amount of filament the print will extrude and assuming that if X% of that quantity has been extruded so far, the print is X% finished.\nTo use this plugin simply download the .py file, place it in your (CuraInstallation)/plugins directory and restart Cura. This should prove to be helpful for many users.\nNote: Thingiverse doesn't permit an upload without a 3d model being present, so I added a smiley face STL to go along with the plugin.
