I designed this and only tested it once and it worked.Bolt cutouts are to receive 10/32 and 10/32 nuts, designed to be tight enough to hold onto the nut(I used a soldering iron to seat the nuts).A good improvement would be to elongate the base of the cup at a smaller diameter to be able to better receive bottles.as well as maybe adding a gyro gimble for added bounce reduction and better levelling
