Cupcake Zi-Riderr #1
thingiverse
To create an upgraded extruder, gather reused components from the original Cupcake Z-axis system, including a NEMA17 stepper motor and six 608ZZ "skate bearings". Additionally, obtain two 8mm straight rods (450mm long), sourced from old printers. Purchase two linear ball bearings (8x15x24) online, as well as two 8mm x 10mm brass bushings. You will also need a universal adapter joint and printed parts provided in the RAR folder. For printing, use a 0.2 infill with double-wall at a .4 layer height, and enlarge screw holes with a 3mm diameter for easier assembly.
