Cupcake printable adapterplate for Ruttmeisters stepper upgrade

I faced issues while printing the adapterplate for Ruttmeister's stepper upgrade (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5795), so I trimmed some millimeters from the edges to make it fit properly.
