A group of Makerbot users sought covers for their devices, leading to the design of laser-cut PETG panels for a Cupcake's holes. Recently, these designs were revisited and posted upon request. The door on the cover secures with magnets and uses drawer pulls for handles, creating an oven-like appearance - fitting for a Cupcake! These panels not only prevent drafts but can also be utilized with a fume hood designed to manage ABS fumes. To install, carefully bend out tabs in each panel and place smaller square pieces as washers under hinges. Magnets are held in place with double-sided tape. View more images on Flickr.
