To combat ABS fumes in my confined dorm room, I devised a filter system for my Cupcake (#2425, Rosie). The setup utilizes a respirator filter and a 3-inch fan to purify the air. M3x10 bolts and nuts secure the fan to an acrylic cube, while a respirator filter is attached to a rectangular opening. Duct tape or glue secures the components together, ensuring air tightness. Mount the assembly on your Cupcake's side away from the circuitry, covering any openings with cardboard or acrylic for added filtration. Don't forget to add a hinge mechanism to the front opening for easy access to printed objects. If you have questions, feel free to reach out!
