Make a box that looks like a real Cupcake!

These sweet looking cupcakes can keep your small treasures, are the perfect gift for a cake lover and look great on your shelf.

You can choose between 3 different models, each in 2 sizes and they can be printed with a single extruder or a multi material device.

The bottom parts come in 2 sizes (normal and mini) and are the same for all diffenent models, no matter if you want to print with a single extruder or multi material device.

For one cupcake you have to print all files with the same number (e.g.: Single03, two files) for the upper part and one bottom part in the required size.

The frosting/cream and the upper parts of the single version need to be glued together. They fit together in one specific way, so try it without glue first if you are not sure.

The three different types of Cupcakes:

1. Whipped cream with caramel swirl

Single01 / Multi01 files + Cupcake_Box_Bottom (Normal size)

Single02 / Multi02 files + Cupcake_Box_Mini_Bottom (Mini size)

For the single extruder version the cream needs to be glued to the upper part, the swirl can be screwed on and should fit and hold without glue.
2. Plane frosting

Single03 / Multi03 files + Cupcake_Box_Bottom (Normal size)

Single04 / Multi04 files + Cupcake_Box_Mini_Bottom (Mini size)

For the single extruder version the frosting needs to be glued to the upper part.
3. Frosting with sprinkles

Single05 / Multi05 files + Cupcake_Box_Bottom (Normal size)

Single06 / Multi06 files + Cupcake_Box_Mini_Bottom (Mini size)

For the single extruder version the frosting needs to be glued to the upper part.

All 4 frosting versions have holes/spaces for the sprinkles.
Cut small pieces from 1,75mm filament (about 5mm long) and glue them into the spaces.
11 for the mini, 18 for the normal size.
Have fun with these Cupcake boxes!

EDIT:
The "Single05_frosting_sprinkleholes" file was missing the supports while the "Multi06_frosting_sprinkleholes" had supports but shouldn't.
I uploaded a fixed version for both.

EDIT 2:
I added 4 new files, where the frosting with and without sprinkles is combined with the upper cupcake part for easier printing in one color.

Print instructions

Category: Containers Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK3

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 20%

Notes:

All files are printable without support. Either they don't need supports or they are already built in.
If you want to add your own supports for the ones with built-in supports I also provided the files for that.

These have "no_build_in_supports" added to the end of the name.
