Cupboard Towel Hook / Holder

Cupboard Towel Hook / Holder

Just a towel holder I made to hang my towels on my cupboard without damaging the walls since I rent it (a perfect solution). It fits the thickness of my door perfectly, which is 17mm thick, making it ideal for 18mm doors too. Two versions are available - one piece and two pieces. For the two-piece configuration, you'll need a few essential parts: an M3 nut and a 10-20mm M3 screw. Place the nut with its pointy end facing downwards into the slot and push it to the very bottom. Make sure it fits snugly against the side of the slot (width-wise); if not, it won't fit properly at the bottom, so don't bother trying. Insert the screw into the large hole on the back of the mount and push it through the countersunk hole. Then, screw it into the hole where you just placed the nut. If the towel holder doesn't fit snugly onto the door, apply a small silicon pad to the inside of the mount for a secure grip.
