I needed a holder for my vehicle to store stuff securely. The holder must fit snugly around my car with a sturdy base that's 70 millimeters in diameter and 35 millimeters high. To ensure maximum storage capacity, the largest hole should be at least 35 millimeters in size, accommodating a Sabre pepper spray bottle with ease.
