A sturdy mount for vent-mounted cup holders that securely fastens into the compartment below the air vent, remaining stationary even when the screw is tightened. Required components: 1. An M10 x 25mm bolt (featuring a 14mm hex socket) 2. A corresponding M10 nut with a 17mm hex socket 3. A 10mm washer measuring 22mm in diameter 4. Four M5 x 20mm allen bolts 5. A vent-mounted cup holder For this project, I utilized PETG as the printing material. The design features a solid thumb nut and top component with a layer height of 0.3mm. The bottom part was printed with 20% infill density using a 0.3mm layer height, and was generated with support structures that just touched the build plate.
