The piece cleverly sits in the cup holder and skillfully transforms it into a stable flat surface. This versatile design can be scaled to fit any cup holder, currently perfectly tailored to snugly fit into a standard 16-ounce cup holder. Whether using a dense infill or a sparse one, any material choice is acceptable - I personally favor the cup holder filler for heavy mugs, so I utilized 100% density but opted for thin settings to minimize material usage. To ensure a smooth printing process, I chose PLA filament to reduce warping and prevent unwanted distortions. When preparing to print this design, remember to rotate it 90 degrees to print flat, and make sure the cross-sectional side is facing upwards for optimal results.
