Printing from ABS plastic, smoothing it with acetone gives a smooth finish - you can also print with PLA if preferred. You will need four screws to install. To add strength and stability, parts are printed on either side, requiring supports. Design Method The design was created using FreeCad. The source file is attached for your use.
