Cumber (カンバーKan, KanbāHepJP), known as the Evil Saiyan (悪のサイヤ人Kan, Aku no Saiya-jin [1]HepJP), is as his nickname implies, a former Evil Saiyan hailing from Planet Sadala of Universe 7 who was imprisoned by Fu for his experiments at the Planetary Prison in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Mission of the Universe. He is a warrior who was assigned control to manage one of the prison planets, along with a Special Dragon Sphere.
