Cuisinart ICE-21 Replacement Drive Gear
thingiverse
This is an upgraded version of the Cuisinart ICE-21 drive gear originally posted by Isaac Anderson. I corrected some geometric flaws that PrusaSlicer had flagged, plus added holes to minimize printing time and material usage. The gear was printed with PETG at 30% infill and 0.3mm layer thickness, and lubricated with white lithium grease. At this point it's outlasted the original factory gear by a considerable margin, but that might not be as remarkable considering how rapidly the factory gear wore down. Even if the printed gear only lasts through one summer, it's a relatively fast print job and easy to swap out when needed.
