This replacement part is perfect for Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus (DLC-2011) food processor's work bowl and might fit other models too. It works just like the original part. Unfortunately, it can't be bought separately. The part enables the work bowl cover to close the safety switch when twisted into place, making the machine functional. The original part had two cylindrical nubs for attachment, but this new part has a central hole that secures it with a small screw. Shapeways printed my copy in "strong and flexible polished" (laser-sintered nylon) plastic; you may need to enlarge the hole depending on your screw size. Ensure the screw is tight to avoid any food mishaps. The design was created by scanning the broken part, importing it into SketchUp, tracing, extruding and scaling based on original measurements.
