Cue Stick Bridge Attachment for Prosthetic Adaptor
thingiverse
The University of Pacific Engineering Department in Seattle has developed a prosthetic device adapter with a versatile platform for holding parts. As an engineering student at SPU, my assignment was to create a custom part that would fit seamlessly into this adapter and allow users to perform tasks they normally couldn't. This adaptable component serves as a bridge or guide for a cue stick, enabling users to play billiards with ease. It accurately guides the movement of the cue stick and keeps it securely in place while taking shots, ensuring precision and control. For an aesthetically pleasing appearance, consider sanding or filing down the rough edges where supports were attached. However, doing so is optional, as it won't affect the part's functionality.
