Cucuteni-Trypillian figurine scans 3d models in precise detail. The Cucuteni-Trypillian civilization emerges as a thriving NeolithicâEneolithic archaeological culture in Eastern Europe from around 6000 BC to 3500 BC. Their settlements, architecture, pottery and anthropomorphic figurines make the culture uniquely recognizable in archaeological findings. This period marked one of the most technologically advanced societies at that time, advancing techniques for ceramic production, housing construction and agriculture. A massive number of artifacts discovered throughout Neolithic Europe mainly depict female figures, giving rise to a theory suggesting statuettes portray the mother goddess, embodying creation and nature. The reverse may also hold true – some theorize these clay statuettes represent women in general rather than any deity figure. To recreate a 3d model of this era's art, one Ukrainian ceramist designed and crafted a Trypillian-style figurine. It's essentially the replica form found in many Trypillian artifacts.
