It's a little box to make colleagues or friends laugh. Put it on a desk and press the pedal to express yourself ;-) For the axles, I used 1.75 mm filament. I added a nylon thread between the hood and the base of the hand to rappel the hood. I've added a plastic lamella (or you can put a spring) under the pedal to make sure the whole thing returns to its initial position.
