Cubs Centenary Woggle
thingiverse
I decided to create a special woggle for my son's Cub Scouts troupe, commemorating the organization's 100-year milestone. The leader of their group announced this significant anniversary, inspiring me to design a customized woggle that reflects their identity. I designed it using 123D Design software, keeping it simple and consistent with standard issue plastic woggles in terms of size and shape. However, my custom woggle boasts the Cubs' distinctive paw print logo on one side and the relevant dates on the other. Additionally, I've created a version featuring only the paw print for those who might not need to display the anniversary information. I even produced another design incorporating my son's troupe number and district details, but thought that wouldn't be of interest to everyone outside their local community. Printing Details: Printer Model: Prusa i3 Print Quality Settings: Rafts: Not Applicable Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.1 mm Layer Height Infill Density: 40% Notes: I intentionally printed this woggle at a higher infill density to ensure its durability, as it will likely face wear and tear due to regular use. This resulted in a solid print, but you may experiment with reducing the infill level for lighter versions while maintaining their structural integrity.
