cubicle VESA monitor mount
thingiverse
A monitor wall mount is provided to maximize desk space in a cube setup. It has been used with HP ZR2440w monitors, but it works best for lightweight screens. Ensure the mount can support your particular monitor; the user assumes no responsibility for any damage caused. The design uses an LCD monitor, two cube mounting brackets, a length of thin unistrut, square metal tubing fitting inside unistrut, and a metal plate. VESA Rail Mount_Variables.scad stores all variables. Attach the metal plate to the VESA mount using wood screws, then secure the monitor with longer 4mm screws. The plate can be adjusted for spacing in the scad file. Paint everything for a neat look and hang brackets on the cube wall. Longer screws may be needed if standard VESA screws aren't sufficient for stability. Be aware that unistrut may give slightly under weight, so adjust 'bar_angle' accordingly. For a corner setup with three monitors, use the stock stand for the middle monitor and wall-mount the side monitors. Consider welding unistrut directly to cubicle mounts, but only if you have suitable material. Remember, user is not responsible for any damage caused by mount failure.
